This program really is taking everything good from the best programs i've used and meshed it together. Heres how it goes 5x a week
Warmup Dominant Handles Workout Full Shooters Warmup (EGT) Full Scoring Machine Workout 5x20 Shooting Jump Rope 10 minutes
This will really explode your raw skills so its good to do early in the off season. You wouldn't want to scrimmage a lot during this since its quite a long workout like 2 and ½ to 3 hours but it will give you crazy handles and lights out shooting. And will add some scoring moves to your game, while the jump roping improves quickness and helps with recovery. Later in the off season, you could evaluate your skills, take out what you don't need (if your a great shooter, take out the rep shooting, or if your a great handler, take out dominant handles) and replace it with scrimmaging. Even in early off season i would have one all out scrimmage day per week but once you take out something later, you can scrimmage 30 minutes after every skill workout. This really is me taking the best things from each program, and making a better one. I'm not experimenting with drills i made, or doing any of that junk. These are all proven programs meshed into one weekly schedule!

looks great man, but.. maybe it's too long.. although it will improve basketball skills I think it could hurt athleticism.. how can I Incorporate this with things like strength training, plyos, conditioning etc.?

Just lift right after, at least 4 hours before, or at least 4 hours after you do your skill work. no plyos unless you squat 1.5x your bw and even then basketball is plyometric so I would still hold off probably. If you do squat twice your bodyweight go ahead and add them. The workouts like 2.5-3 hours but that is why you don't scrimmage on workout days. Conditioning will be improved while just taking as little rest as possible between drills. No need to add a full conditioning day if your early in the spring. I often cut reps a little if the sm workout is taking too long. You can do that if you need.
