Recently worked out and ... did some legs. And now 3 days later my legs are still sore. How the f am I suppose to do skills work if im moving like a damn turtle everywhere because of my legs. Is this going to happen EVERYTIME I do legs? This is my first time in a while actually working my legs out but in my prior experiences my legs still hurt for few days after but not as bad as now. But still, if im actively lifting weights and trying to get better basketball skills, I cant because I can run as fast, I cant jump as high, I cant get enough legs on my shot. Will this feeling go away or do I have to experience this everytime I work my legs out?

Other than that, make sure you're getting enough protein & food, maybe do some stretching and foam rolling on problem areas, etc.

ya man gotta agree with dougaller, make sure you are recovering since you are a basketball athlete i think you could get more carbs in you then the average person that just lifts weights.
