i think its really good if all you care about is the vertical. I don't really like it cause i like doing upper body workouts too, other wise i get really banged up in the paint.

Well obviously lol. New techniques have come out since and have proven to work better. Plus the program is really only for vert. Are you a high jumper or a basketball player?

I agree with eliteballer3 there's so many vert programs on the market, how about speed,agility,strength etc ..I want program that makes me a better athlete not just a better jumper

I want hops man. I mean I don't know if this is good for my height but I'm about 3-6 inches away from touching rim and I'm 5'3". I'm already explosive with the ball
