Will using EGT warmup before weightlifting get me faster or be a good warmup? Since it includes quickness drills. In, general is it a good warmup to do before a workout?

Its a skill warmup. I would just do it before skills, if your skill work is EGT, then you really don't need plyos in your lift (since its built into the drills) If not, just do one of thedougallers lift warmups since they have plyos
