I have one question. How can I use them as a 'program' should I do a dvd per day?

They are just a list of drills you can use. He leaves it up to you how you apply them. Just make sure you keep doing the drills until you've mastered them, but make sure you choose sets and reps that will challenge you. If you want a full program sign up for the subscription where you get 5 workouts a month.

I really love it lol. Too expensive in the long run. But I really like it. The thing is that those workouts are his 4 DVDs condensed.

You should, for me it's a lot of trial and error by I was thinking on doing the business as usual workout and add in EGT work. Then impossible DVDs will just be there when I finish BAU

Yeah trust me you'll get better using just about anything. Just stay consistent which what you do choose to do.
