I am currently just doing cardio 45 minutes on the stairmaster. I lost 5lbs in 2 weeks.
Playing ball with my friends when possible.
As bodyfat gets lower, my hops are getting better.

Don't sweat it, this is a clean start for all of us.
Only thing I regret is not reading program reviews then I wouldve known how good dominant handles and other programs were that I could have used to train with.

hey man, its awesome that your losing weight! If your short on time, I would recommend just working on your weaknesses until you are a well rounded player with no weaknesses and then you can really transform in the summer. For example you could jump rope for a warmup and quickness, then go into some passing drills against a wall, ganon baker passing is very good as well as you can find pistol pete homework basketball: passing on youtube. Then you could do some form shots, then some finishing drills, then some spot 3s, then agility and conditioning w/ some more jump roping to end. You could do this however many times per week you have the time for

I just do simple jumps on the off days from lifting. I am trying to learn to do single leg jumps, double unders, and other tricks which will get you quicker and your legs much stronger.
Start jump roping 2x a week if ur a beginner. I do it anywhere from 4-7 days a week.
