Hey if you trying to lose weight fast, just drink nothing but water and a 500 calorie deficit a day (1 pound a day) and lose you'll lose water weight I hear you bro, my main problem is temptations. I started drinking around 1 gallon of water a day with some Krystal light mixed in. I honestly don't know what my 500 cal deficit would be but right now I eat 1800 cals a day.

had to increase my calories a bit - 2000 cals 180 protein, 158 carbs, 72 fat.
I got superhandles advantage program as an early birthday present. Gonna test my 100 level eval today.

I remember testing it a while back when I used to train with my friend who had it. I got 30 lol its pretty terrible

Lol thats not bad the rating is insane tbh I thought my handles were great before I tested it the first time until I got 25. That was a wake up call haha

Still haven't gotten around to testing it.
Since I'm on break I've been playing pickup 3-5 hours a day.
Did that 5 days straight and now I can barely move lol

haha nice. I can't ever find good pick up to play but when I do its awesome. Definitely helps though this summer i'll probably play a lot more pickup

Started a routine called neanderthal no more part 4 its on tnation.
Its basically a rehab program.
