On defense pin your mans strong arm and for him to him weak side. Play tight so when he tries to cross to his side where your pinning his arm he'll lose it. I've tried this and it's worked like a charm. problem is that you have to have a good reaction time and quickness.

As in stay tight on it with one arm, basically you should be making contact with one arm the whole time

I dont think that would work. Someone would prob just blow by or drive pullback then pullup or you can get posted up. Lots of options. I guess that works with people who dont have a left.

you can't really pin a guy's arm, 1) it might get called for foul 2)If you guard a guy close, they will blow past you , i learned that alot this past year, playing in college but the best way to guard someone, well what i do is, i force a guy to use his strong hand, forcing a player right if right handed, i noticed that when you force a guy to his strong 9 times out of 10, they're going for a layup, so basically after they take a dribble going right, i kind of just take a step back and meet them at the hoop,
if a player tries to pullup, its easy to disrupt, because as they bring the ball up their shot pocket, you can swipe at it, and knock it out (i get most of my steals this way) if a player tries to do a stepback, i let them shoot it, because alot of player can't really knock down a stepback going to their strong hand
this usually works for me, because im kind of quick, and i can recover preety fast, but i seen work for other guys too
