I finally get access to a gym next month.I don't know what to start. I know alot about bodybuilding because my friend does it, but I know basketball weight lifting is different. Do you use lower reps or higher reps? Is it a 3 day split? Can someone please create a plan for me to follow. I really want to get stronger,faster, more explosive.

Lower reps. Lift explosive. You can do an upper lower split or do full body.
