Hey guys, just wanted to apologize for my inactivity lately. I have a lot going on, with Damin's NEXT Project, my website, training, working, etc.

Nice to hear. Luckily I have a week until summer starts. I have been slacking off big time guys I apologize but I am too determined to be stopped now. I have to get my habits back into place, my conditioning back up and then kill it this summer.
