I'm really think to start doing this program to boost my conditioning, Especially after weight training sessions as a finisher.
What you guys thinks? anyone tried this program before?

I did one workout with my cousin once using the conditioning solution. It was right around a year ago.I wasn't really on shape when I did it so I was exhausted when we finished it. It looks good to me I mean only 9 minutes a day.

Man my favorite conditioning is 10 full court sprints at the end of my skill workouts. Down and back is one rep.
17s are also good also 22s

I don't add any straight conditioning as of right now, I will start running hills next week and definitely add some come preseason. However I think it was 2fast2good that says he runs up and down the court and makes as many moves as he can. I do that and its killer plus it keeps me going hard cause I love dribbling so much. Also just the other ball handling I do when I push myself I get out of breath fast.

That's a good one too. First I start off just running full court without any dribbling cause my conditioning sucks atm.
Then I add in dribbles full court as a progression
