I'm on day 5 and I've already seen results!! The ball is literally stuck to my hand when I dribble, I also pound the ball very hard with ease. One pro about this handbook is the repititions but it's kind of a negative persay. For example you do pounds for 100reps. I like the idea but you'll most likely lose intensity after 50 reps

Jeez, Ive been telling people about this program for the longest but nobody ever listened lol. Even though after 50 reps you get tired keep going even if it hurts. Hey it worked didn't it?

Most of this stuff I see on the handbook I see KP and Devin Williams doing with their players.
