Wow. That clears up a lot. Thanks a bunch. Thats what i've been trying to tell everyone that young guns attempting to learn to shoot properly right after lifting is ridiculous. Thanks for that.

Well i want to know what would be good for doing your program and skillwork right after. I absolutely have to do one right after the other because I can only be at the gym for about 4 hrs. So which one do you think would be the best for my development as a player.

Yes I did, but I am still confused. So, skillswork first right? Sorry im half asleep from hw and junk. Couldn't quite pay attention that well.
