Such as forearms curls. Will they help my shot and passing as for the "flick" and overall wrist/Forearms strength?...
P.S. - Where the fuck do I do deadlifts? There is no "section" of the gym where I can deadlift. Do I just take the bar off of the squat rack and just do them in front? Nobody squats in my gym anyway (chicken legs).

ya bro i workout at a ymca, but i take the bar off the bench or squat rack and load up some weights then deadlift.
All the bros in my gym are big fans of deadlifts and squats lol

Yeah deadlift in the squat rack. If someones using it any barbell works and i'm not sure about forearm curls.. you'll have to ask thedougaller

I'm actually glad 95% of the people at the gym aren't training the right way because that means the squat rack is almost always open haha

Yea I asked a guy if anyone was using the squat rack and he said "Oh no, I dont ever mess with that thing". LOL
