Start close to the basket - 50 shots 2step layups going l/r - 20 shots Jumpstop layups l/r - 15 shots Hangtime layups l/r - 20 shots Self pass jump shots (midrange) - 50 shots 2 dribble moves into finishing - 100 shots 3s (5 spots) - 3 at each spot (increase by 1 rep each week).
Only made shots count. Do 3 times a week.

Do you know how frustrating doing shooting practice alone is? Man I would ask someone to pass the ball to me but I usually go alone where there is nobody there.

^You will get used to it after a while, I do it 5x a week rebounding for myself.

100 reps of combo-moves into a jumpshot? Seems like a lot. You're right i only do the 100 reps on the weekend. The other days it is usually 30. It also depends on how i am feeling and remember nothing is set in stone you can change the reps in any way you want =D
