It depends on what you want to study: if you wanna study things like tactic, how to run an offense, zone defenses it's definitely better to study college games, if you want to study how the best players in the world do something, small details and secrets to add to your game I'd choose nba games.

I watch offense highlights of players I like. Its to learn how they react to certain situations and how they handle the ball in pressure.

Yeah look up NBAclutchtime for adding moves and weapons and movement patterns to your game. Look up full college basketball game ___ vs ___ they will probably have it if the teams are good.
