Hey guys im going to travel in 2 days and im going on a 13 hour flight as well as im going to be in the airport waiting for 10 hours so what are some things i could do to waste the time basketball/workout wise

You could do Egt X if you have it takes like total of like 3 hours to do most the work assigned in it's quite good mentality wise also are you coming back or going on vacation also do u have access to the internet and if you have any books that's a great time to read

im coming back and i might be able to use my moms phone for internet i might buy a book in the airport if there's a good one also ya i just got egt x last week i'll definately do the wrritten exercises in the plane Anyhting else i could do

You could also write your goals and make a schedule with all your workouts for like the next 2 weeks, even though egt x covers that a bit, and ya u should definately get a book if you can, You could also do a Yoga workout www.stack.com/2014/03/10/best-yoga-poses-for-athletes/ here's some good ones and stronger team has a good one on their youtube channel, You could get a good core workout in, and a bodyweight strength workout, A foot ankle strength balance workout, if you have a ball basketball pushups, You could do some lower and upper body Plyos, Also some Airports have gyms so you might be lucky and your gym might have one, and you could even plan your meals for the next few days there;s proably a ton of other things you could do but this is off the top of my head
