Superhumandribbling v 1.
I finished this program a few weeks ago and I noticed serious gains in game because I became much more fluid and started reacting instead of planning my moves. Also since I was kinda out of shape the cardio helped me lose body fat.

Awesome progressions from the first version, I believe any program that you put everything into will work for you. I only play pickup ball so I like to be flashy and have some fun lol. I'm only on the first week, but I noticed my handles getting smoother and not have to worry when I do multiple moves into my shot or drive. Also been utilizing the pro hop finishes to help finish in traffic.

Had to restart on this one because I was too out of shape and could never finish a workout. The app has helped me gain a lot of quickness and at least 3-4 inches in 2 weeks.
I will be updating these reviews as I finish each program. I will be using the professors workouts for a couple of years because ivr seen a lot of gains and they are pretty short and fit into my schedule.
