i've heard people say that dribbling a tennis ball could improve your handle on a real basketball , alot,
but ive also heard people say that dribbling a tennis ball only improves....dribbling a tennis ball, and not your actual handle over a real basketball
so im kind of on the fence, what do you guys think?

i honestly think that doesnt work and if you just practice with regular basketball it will work... maybe a weighted basketball is better for getting your dribbling better. I use mine all the time, gives me a more powerful dribble, more control, and faster. Helps with other skills too like stronger passes... shooting, getting to the rack.

Well it's not like it can hurt you I wouldn't train with it just dribble it around when your walking and see. Someone on teenathletes didn't dribble a basketball for a week only a tennis ball an said his handles improved drastically
