What do you think is the best way to get into basketball shape fast? It's well known that conditioning is hurting explosiveness so it's recommended to do that just couple weeks before season start and maintain it during the season (just from practices and games), and focus on strength and power development in the off-season (the guy at "jump science" talks about it all the time).
Conditioning can be HUGE advantage on other players. I really want to find a way to be in endless conditioning. Conditioning never been my strength and I really want to improve it. Let's try to find a way get into GREAT basketball, no longer than 2-3 weeks (for not harm explosiveness).. Anyone have ideas?

Conditioning will not hurt explosiveness if done the right way. Jogging every day will. But doing d-slides, sprints backpedals and closeouts will not. Go hard with a basketball specific movement or multiple ones for 45 seconds than take 15 off abd repeat

Doing what I said is all you need. Jump roping is good to do that after skill work.
