Doing both of the programs in full would be too much. Keep in mind EGT workouts are already over 2 hours and EBH takes a long time too.

EBH only takes about 30-45 minutes doesn't it? I mean the Speed and Movement work takes like 30 mins if you go hard. Then, the stationary work/Seated takes like 20 minutes to do. Keep in mind i'm starting at beginner.

Stationary takes me a lot longer and the movement took me like 45-75 min. and I was pushing myself hard. Seated u can do whatever but Taylor said egt is the perfect amount of training in total. And has the perfect amount of each skill so you would be doing like 90-120 or more minutes of ball handling if you did stationary movement and egt in one day which is not smart. You really should spend more than 30 minutes on pure handles before getting into your game situation drills. Plus, everyone usually jumps into training 4 hours per day every day and they last about a week. Don't be that player stick with just EGT and see how you feel. After I started I barely survived the first few weeks of EGT I was stiff and sore until my body adapted. Just do EGT for 3 Full weeks and see what happens.

Ok, but yea the movement work, which is kinda conditioning also, i did that it 30 minutes becuase I went to the courts int he morning and had to be back in 30 minutes and I rushed through itand yes, I was about to pass out, I barely rested, but I finished it in 30 mins. Stationary work doesnt take me that long because im used to stationary work, my stationary handles are on point. its just movement handles i need help with that need developing, so I am wondering. Can I replace that little part in the beggining of EGT with stationary/movement handles drills with EBH?

I honestly don't know. I get what your saying but If you did that you would be super tired for the hybrids and shooting. I emailed taylor about using dominant handles before and he said yeah but don't get too tired before the shooting portion. DH is mostly stationary and if you did EBH you'd be exhausted lol. What I'd do is just maybe twice a week after shooting instead of the defense drills go into the movement portion but half or 3/4 reps. Quite honestly i'm not sure you'll survive the first couple weeks doing this, so I would just do EGT, you'll know what I mean when it feels like you can't walk, then once you break through after 3 weeks and your not sore anymore, I would add it.
