Learn to pound the ball as hard as you can. Harder pound -> less time the ball is in the air -> less opportunity for the D to steal it

Yeah every drill you do, get the coordination down, and then pound it. And use drills with teaching points like active off hand (tennis ball drills) ambidexterity (two ball drills) etc. etc.

Anthem do you use a heavy ball? I find that if i use it too much without touching a regular ball, my ball handling is excellent but I have no sort of shot, , layup or floater. The touch is gone and it akes about 15 minutes of constant shooting/layups to get it back. I will use it like 2x a week. to keep the ball feeling a little light but still have the touch

ya i use my heavyball all the time, mainly for passing my bounce pass has gotten really crisp from it also you just gotta use it consistently then use a normal ball right after to get the touch back or else i get the same problem

another thing is really repping out all the basic moves (in n out, crossovers, btwn the legs, behind the back, spin, etc..) just makes every move you do that much better

Oh okaaay, thats very helpful, ill start using my heavyball more often because I noticed when i used it for like a week straight i felt like Kyrie irving doing all these crazy ass crossovers fast as hell haha. So, use regular ball right after, got it.

You should try to handle as fast as you can without them, you HAVE to lose the ball in order to get better.

Another thing Kyrie irving did is he would just practice dribble moves then he would do combos and counters for those moves
