I think ive figured out what ballhandling/finishing routine that works for me and its all free.. I centered this to be a kind of kyrie irving kind of workout if that makes sense... Oh well. All of this is done POUNDING THE BALL and LOOKING UP. (reminder for myself)
- Dre Baldwin Everyday Ballhandling drills:
- Dre Baldwin Combo Drills: + In & Out Crossover, In & Out Behind the back , Between legs Behind Back
- Dre baldwin left Hand drills:

- Pound dribble while walking around court x1 each hand.
- Sprint with ball dribbling from one side to the other x2 finish with hand you dribbled with. Both left and right.
- Between legs full court.

- Cones, do whatever moves you want to practice. (set up cones about 6-9 ft away from each other, practice a move at each cone)

- Finishing: Mikan drill 20x each hand
Reverse mikan 20x each hand
Regular Underhand/OverHand Layup at full speed/ sprinting to basket x20 each hand
Self-Pass into floater in all 5 spots 5-10 ft away from the rim x10 each hand
Advanced Finishing: Video Example:
DROSE Up and Under: x10 each hand
Kyrie irving Switch hands layup: x10 each hand
Kobe Spin off defender, fadeaway: x10
Drose Spin Layup: x10 each hand
Melo Absorb Contact Layup: x10 each hand
Dwade EuroStep: x10 each hand/foot
Okay guys so this is what I will be doing for the next 4/5 Months or so. I want to be master ballhandling/finishing because ive noticed its not the best, so in order for me to that kyrie irving type player, I need to practice hard. Please tell if theres something im missing thanks!
