Thanks, I'm really pissed though. It was thundering today and the gym was closed. But I'm going to my gym tommorow to do the workout and scrimmage for about 45 mjn

Oh nice! I was gonna say don't forget to scrimmage but forgot to type it I guess. Maybe lift on the days where you don't scrimmage after your workout? That could work. But whatever you think!

I gained 4 pounds. I've also put more weight on my main lifts (except for barbell row), I don't do those bc I don't have barbells at my gym.
So far here are my 1 RM Bench press-40lb dumbbells(since I have to stabalize them it'll be more on a barbell) Shoulder Press-30lb dumbbells
I've made great progress and hope to continue.
Some other things I notice/feel: Shoot the ball further, pound the ball harder, +5 pounds on bicep curls, more chin ups, can finally do 2 pull-ups lol, more explosive on my push ups

Wow it's been a long time. Pff anyway I've been overseas since the middle of ramadan. I brought I bball with me but just dribble around. When I get back (2weeks) I'll have a month before tryouts. I'm really devoted to getting back to work right a away bc I feel like the jv coach kind of respects my game. I've signed up for a gym and finally a squat rack. I started 5x5 SL and finished the 1st week but it doesn't matter bc soon I'm leaving soon. When I get back I'm going to do the dre Baldwins books I bought a year ago and yeah that about it.
Notices: definitely using the squat rack and comparing myself to when I was lifting during school I've gotten a lot stronger in all of the lifts.
