So im looking to dunk by the end of the summer so i will be getting a gym membership in April but im only 13 and i will not have anybody to watch my form or supervise so i probably cant be doing squats or deadlifts but will it still be okay if i just do lunges, split squats, dumbell deadlifts, glute ham raises etc. also can i bench press with no one watching my form also any other lower body exercises i should be doing

Yea, you can do calf raises, and leg extensions/leg curls if you have that machine.

I would still do those exercises and video yourself tbh. If you make sure your back is straight and you do most of the stuff they say you should be fine. If you really want to dunk you pretty much have to front or back squat. You can front squat and bulgarian ss instead of squats and dls if you want but its up to you. Be careful

try ultimate athlete decently intense and after getting through it you can move on to heavier weight workouts.

bench press: 3 x 5 pullups: 3 x as many reps as possible squat: 3 x 5 deadlift 1 x 5 calf raise: 3 x 20
routine kelly bagget told me to do great for strength and athleticism

You can learn squat/deadlift form by yourself relatively easily.. if you get it filmed I can direct you to people who will analyze & fix any errors

Thanks a bunch As soon as I get gym membership I'll give it a try. Was particularly interested because Adam Linkenauger recommends doing deadlifts / squats
