Regular 2-Step layup-5 left, 5 right Floaters Down the Middle- 5 each hand Mikan Drill- 10 each hand and reverse Freestyle- 2 minutes of crazy moves w/ finishing (mirror your moves and finishes!)
A good warmup for working around the hoop before a game
