Im thinking about getting Ankle weights or a weighted vest to improve athleticism has anyone here used these before and is it true that it causes injury also the only person i know who has used ankle weights has a 40+ inch vert and he wasnt naturally athletic

Neither tools are very useful. Ankle weights are dangerous and weighted vest is used as a peaking tool.
