Hey guys what some of the equipment u should really have to help your game im thinking heavyball, 2 basketballs, 2 tennis balls, foam roller, jump rope, agillity ladder, feel free to add anything i missed

Necessary? Probably nothing besides a basketball. Useful.. cones, tennis ball, grippable med-ball, jump-rope. In a trainer/trainee environment blocking pads/long paddles are also good tools.

I would get a lacrosse ball instead of tennis, and some ice packs so u can ice your knees after workouts. Looks good. I'm about to buy a weighted ball myself!

the thing is its good to have both cuz i mainly use my tennis balls to dribble not for drills like in dangerous hands where a lacrosse ball is probably better

Yeah I have both abd lacrosse I better for toss and Catch drills since it's heavier so u have to protect harder but tennis u can do what Nash did abd dribble it around and lacrosse is also a more dense tennis ball where u can roam your feet and calves out
