I've been using Dorian lee explosive finishing for about a month and i must say my finishing has improved drastically. In the Dvd he pretty much explains every finish possible in every situation possible and gives you drills for every finish and thats pretty much all you can do for finishing practice every situation with all types of moves (pro hop, spin move etc) I highly recommend anyone who wants to improve there finishing to get this. feel free to ask me any questions about it

How many reps do you do and how do you pick each move for each different workout ?

Yea, those two questions is what I want to know. I've had this program for a long time actually but never really knew how to use it.

I think you would just do it everyday, just do a different series everyday and just rotate.

It is around an hour and there isnt workout sheets as far as how i do the workouts i just pick out around like 10-20 drills sometimes all from the same series but usually take a couple drills from each series and i end with about 5 drills from the hang and extend series because its really fun to practice it. as far as sets and reps i usally do about 5-8 reps each hand depending on what i wanna work on i will add for sets for example lets say i wanna work on my reverse layup ill do like 6 reps of 3 sets each hand hope this helps its a great dvd
