Hey do you guys know where to find a weighted basketball. For the Superhandles Advantage program it requires a weighted basketball for a couple workouts and its not in his website like he claims there is. Do you guys know where to get one? I don't feel like a medicine ball is a good alternate

Weighted balls are extremely helpful I would definitely invest. I'm looking for one that is actually crappy like bad grip because then once I get my nice indoor ball i will be even more confident plus i'll save money. any ideas?

Oh yea i just put a plastic bag over my weighted ball but that looks kinda dumb lol

true but i'm low on money too plus then you don't need to prep it and put the plastic bad on when the last one breaks. I''ll probably just get the one he posted tho
