Just asking, because every weekend i play for about 7 hours, I wonder if I should just play for less time since when I come home my legs usually hurt.

in my personal experience my feet always feel sore after a lot of playing but usually it goes away the next day. I started jump roping a lot and that has gotten my feet decently strong

It's not unhealthy at all to play till your legs ache. That being said, 7 hours sounds crazy. My legs ache after 2. I would play for less than 7 so you can workout harder on weekdays.

Sore is ok, hurt is not.
