Not bad Core work? I would probably only do 1x5 dead lifts but not bad What neary everybody on this forum needs is a foundation of strength and this would help Ima stick to starting strength I'm from the school of thought it doesn't matter what you do until you hit intermediate lifts hence people over complicate weight room work When they are not even squatting 225 for 1

Oh upper back work too man I think there should be emphasis on the pullups being wide grip and you have a lot of horizontal pushing with no horizontal pulling Rotator cuff.....
Please correct me if I got my facts wrong

Its very close to starting strength, only optimized for basketball players. Squatting 3x a week gets too difficult, and since we're not squatting on that day deadlifts can now be ramped up to 3x5. Might add some real core strength work in a lter update.

Face pulls = horizontal pulling, shrugs for extra trap development, could add a little more though, thanks!

True I personally have shoulder pain due to imbalance caused by lack of upper back so I try to emphasize that

You can actually subscribe right now to the newsletter if you wanted (subscribe button is on the site). When the site officially launches May 1st I will setup the newsletter. At that time I hope to have 10-15 basketball drill videos up, 5-10 full workouts w/ commentary, a bunch of articles, plus 3 free programs (strength training, skill work & nutrition).
