I currently do this program: www.50pullups.com/Started with 8 pullups, I've done the 6-8 period successfully. I Done 9 pullups in the test (improvement with just one rep) and currently stuck on the 9-11 period, day 2 for something like 3 weeks... how can I break this plateau?

LOL me too except i'm stuck at 5 or so and those are 5 partial because I do them in my backyard on monkey bars and they aren't high enough for me to fully extend my arms I've been trying lat pulldowns.

You all need to understand you need to pull your body weight on the pull down

I tried the 4-5 pull-ups day 1 where all you do is slowly lower and i'm super sore. Thank you for linking me to this program this will help me
