So, you guys threw ideas at me and the strength-training program stuck. That is nice. I will probably use it once the next school year hits. This is really the only good full body template for bball players i've found. 5x5 is good but I believe this will translate more to the court.

Def going to be a free skill program coming soon. Planning for 4-5 workouts, 10-12 drills each, hammering in the most important skills. That will take some time to film & put together tho, aiming to have it up for May 1st. In the meantime though, anything else you guys looking for?
