Looks awesome man. How long do you workouts take you? Do you do a full super handles workout? Seems like it would take like 4-5 hours?? haha

I probably should have added this but I break up my workouts to 2 parts a day. My first workout is superhandles (30 minute version) DH ( 1/2 reps) and SM. This takes about 2 hours (depends on which module for SM/DH). Then I'll take a break and go back to the gym and get 100 to 150 game shots in along with cone work. Second workout takes about and hours depending if I have a rebounder or not. I finish my day with some stretching and foam rolling.

Good work man. Remember to get in the weight room too your skills can only get so good depending on your athleticism. Maybe the game shots and cone work are a good warmup for your lift? Anyways, your a beast then man, if sm takes you less the 1.5 hours, I tried the dead eye shooting today and literally did like 1/3 the reps (partly due to time, partly due to a strained hip flexor I have, and partly because I wasn't making anything and was tired and didn't feel good) but it took me almost 1.5 hours to get like 5 makes on the ones out of 15 and 3 makes on the ones out of 10! What module takes you the longest? UE and SS took me both less than 2 hours

I've always felt that dead eye shooting takes the longest cause of all the shots you have to make and if you aren't making them it can take along time.

Good cause if you said any take longer I would be working out for 4 hours haha. I'm way excited for black out today can't wait

I did it today it wasn't nearly as hard as i thought?? Feel like I did something wrong lol It was about the same difficulty as the other modules so far

The slides sucked of course but they weren't THAT bad and the whole workout was pretty easy until the 90 degree pull-ups and slides were the only hard part

Maybe because I did the Black out after superhandles and DH it felt harder, but as long as your giving 100% and following the drills correctly you didn't do anything wrong.

Yeah another factor was a got a good 9 hours the night before. Seperation secrets I did off 6 and it was tough. I was just expecting harder but the workout was still awesome.
