One week until tryouts! Doing EGT preseason to prepare my jumper is coming along very nice i'll test soon won't get 90 but I'm hoping to get in the 70s with my new form. Conditioning made big strides, I can touch rim now and handles are improving. Can't wait for tryouts!

I failed. The only goal I hit was vertical. I had to switch my shooting form half way through. I didn't eat enough. I didn't push myself in ball handling. However, now that I know what caused my failure. I can never make these mistakes again. I'll test soon just to see how close I actually got but I'm positive I won't get 90% shooting and pretty sure I won't get level 80 handles. The most weight I have squatted is 135 3x5 the most weight I have benched is 95 3x5. Those 3 things really caused almost all my failure. I just need to eat more and i'll be golden. I'm now pushing myself in ball handling and my shooting forms good. For eating I am cooking meat that I can heat up and eat once every 3 days so I can eat meat twice a day and get enough protein. No idea how close I got on some of these but we'll see soon enough. I'm still confident I will make the team. However, about 2500 kids go to my school so we'll see.

Got cut. Wasn't too disappointed for some reason. I just love improvement. I've been doing super handles advantage program and my midrange pull-ups and spots ups are high 70s and my handle i'm still working on of course. I have a lot going on with my school and donating to a charity for christmas (we are like the top in the nation) and also working to make money to buy a car as well as homework, and reading books. Those are just some of the things I've set goals for other than basketball. I might not workout every single day for now i'm not sure how far I truly want to take this thing which is way its not completely dominating my life. I just want to play for my school team next year and I want to see myself improving at something and stay physically fit. So that is why i'm not necessarily putting all my eggs in one basket right now. It could change in the future but in the past i have focused so much on basketball that when I had a bad day scrimmaging I would be near depressed after so i'm just trying to be a regular kid with a social life and serving others and working a job as well all while keeping grades up and accomplishing basketball and fitness goals. I decided I want to be successful in all areas. So thats pretty much it the only basketball goals I really have is to get my midrange shooting up to 80% by the end of the year and also to get to 130 lbs. (i'm currently at about 127.5) i'm starting out setting really small goals to gain confidence and motivation i'll probably do the 4 week goals again this year but i'm not gonna over think it i'll let you guys know what my goals are as usual. Thanks for all the support.
